Wikispaces Private Label is designed to be a wiki site for your organization, fully branded and customized to meet your particular needs. Our new “Content Editor” feature allows you to change much of the default text that we use across Wikispaces to make the experience of using your wikis even better.


Customizing your content is now as easy as editing a wiki page; you can add links, images, or media as you would on any other page on your site. When new users come to your site, they can now see your personalized greeting. When someone goes to a private wiki, they can read a message from the organizer of that wiki. The areas of your site you can customize include:

• the account creation message for the site
• the sign-in message for the site
• the page you see when you join a wiki
• the text you see on a blank page
• the news and community sections on user dashboards

To edit content for your site, go to “Site Administration,” “Settings,” and then “Edit Content.” You can also personalize sections of individual wikis on your site by going to each wiki, clicking “Manage Wiki,” and then “Content Manager.”
