Your Wikispace on Your Domain
April 19th, 2007 by Adam
One of the coolest and most important features we’ve released in a while is our new Custom Domain feature.
Until now, any wikispace you created lived at yourspace.wikispaces.com. Our Custom Domain feature allows your space to live at wiki.yourwebsite.com, yourwiki.com, or any other domain you like.
This is important because you can now control all branding aspects of your wikispace from the layout to the color scheme to where it lives. Your wikispace can now be fully completely integrated with your existing website. It can look exactly like the rest of your website and it can live on the same domain. Your website can now have a wiki and no-one need know that you’re not hosting it yourself.
So look for the Domain Name feature in your space today, part of our new Super plan.

Hi,
How can I implement it on multiple websites? Do i have to get one account per website?
Thanks.
I read in Edutopia that Wikispaces is giving away the software to education. I assume this means the “wikispace on our domain” feature. Is this true? If so, how do we apply? Please email me.

Ruth,
Nope. K-12 teachers get free Plus spaces. Super spaces are available to everyone at regular pricing.

Peapie,
Our pricing is on a space basis. If you want more than 5 Super spaces our Private Label offering becomes more cost effective.

je ne peux pas te répondre, mais je veux poser une question à mes camarades de Français: Vous introduisez le passé composé la première année des études?
mes salutations les plus affectueuses et les plus encourageantes pour la fin d’année. Luisa
