Audio of NetSquared presentation now available

Back in May, I was part of a great panel discussion at the NetSquared conference with Heddy Nam and Liz Gannes. We talked about the use of wikis in community building and how to take advantage of the decentralization of expertise without losing the structure that comes with control.

Heddy brought some great real world experience to the discussion from her work with Never Again International. It was a pleasure to be able to draw some parallels between her work and the general lessons we’ve drawn about community building from the Wikispaces community.

The audio of our discussion is now available.
